myCookSnap Terms and Conditions

myCookSnap is a web app and PWA that lets users save, organize, create and transform recipes from links, text, PDFs, photos, screenshots and other content into digital recipe cards.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate data, protect credentials, avoid unauthorized sharing and notify us of suspicious access.

myCookSnap may offer free and paid plans. Plans may limit accessible recipes, monthly AI recipes, Chef AI generations, print, export, sharing or advanced features. Updated limits are shown on pricing pages or in the profile.

Saved recipes remain linked to your account. If your active plan allows fewer recipes than you saved, some recipes may become archived or locked without being automatically deleted.

Payments are handled by external providers such as Stripe, PayPal or equivalents. If a plan renews automatically, it renews unless cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewal but usually does not refund the already paid period.

You keep ownership of your content and grant myCookSnap a limited license needed to host, process, display, save, print, share on request, back up and provide the service.

When importing from social platforms, websites, PDFs, screenshots or other sources, you are responsible for copyright, third-party rights, platform terms and applicable law.

AI features may generate or interpret recipes but can contain errors, omissions, inaccurate quantities, wrong times or estimated nutrition. Always verify before cooking, saving, printing or sharing.

myCookSnap is not a medical or nutrition service. Always check allergens, ingredients, contamination, storage, temperatures, cooking, nutrition and compatibility with personal needs.

• Do not bypass plan limits.
• Do not automate massive requests without authorization.
• Do not upload malware or illegal content.
• Do not resell or misuse the service.

The service may be unavailable, changed or interrupted for maintenance, failures, provider issues, security, legal or economic reasons.

To the extent permitted by law, myCookSnap is not responsible for recipe errors, misuse, health or allergen issues, third-party content, temporary outages or data loss outside our reasonable control.
